Return & Refund Policy

At TechWaveStore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products, software, or downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-configured products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@techwavestore.com with your order details
  • Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Clearly write the RA number on the package
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order separately

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@techwavestore.com
  • Include photos or videos as proof

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
  • Cover return shipping costs if applicable

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)
